Sales Policy

So…Spirit & Wine | So…Gin supports the responsible service of alcohol (RSA).  It is against the law to sell or supply alcohol to, or to obtain alcohol on behalf of a person under the age of 18 years.  To place an order or to receive a delivery, you must be 18 years of age or over.

For best practice, all orders to be placed via the website. All pricing is in Australian dollars and includes taxes.  As So…Gin is artisan, handcrafted and small batch, stock is subject to availability.

 

Payment Methods

We accept payment via Mastercard, Visa Card and Paypal.  

Your payment information is processed securely and no credit card information is stored by So…Spirit & Wine | So…Gin.

Wholesale Enquiries

For all wholesale enquiries, please contact the team via email: cheers@sogin.com.au all email correspondence will be acknowledged and replied to within 24 hours during our normal business operating parameters.

Privacy Policy

So…Spirit & Wine | So…Gin takes your privacy very seriously.  Any information provided to us is kept confidential.  Any information we collect in relation to you is securely kept.  

We do not pass on or sell any of your details to third parties for marketing purposes.  We use your details provided to process your order(s), provide you with the best customer service, our newsletter and automatic delivery* purchases.

We may share delivery information with our delivery partner to ensure goods ordered are delivered.

*You need to have opted in to receive our newsletter and to have signed up for regular automatic deliveries.

Automatic Delivery

If you purchase a regular Automatic Delivery from So…Gin expect the following:

1. By opting in/signing up for an automatic delivery option you agree to So…Gin sharing some of your personal details with our third part business partners in order to provide exception customer service, process your payment and deliver goods to you

2. Gin automatically delivered to your door 

3. You choose the gin and delivery frequency from the options available

4. Your nominated credit card to be charged 7 business days prior to despatch

5. We understand circumstances can change and should you find you need to opt out, just let us know via email at: cheers@sogin.com.au

6. We’ll action your opt out request immediately, please note however, if received after the next billing cycle the current delivery may already be on its way.

7. Once your opt out has been actioned (prior to the next billing/delivery date(s)) you won’t be charged again nor will gin(s) be despatched

8. We do reserve the right to cancel your automatic delivery at any time and/or change pricing.  

9. We will notify you of any intended price increase and extend the opportunity to opt out/cancel your automatic delivery should we increase our prices
