Shipping Policy
 

So…products are shipped with Australia Post.  Expectations are that your order will be delivered within 3-10 working days, depending on your location.  Shipping is a flat rate of $15 with the exception of automatic delivery. Orders are processed on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

We do require a signature on all deliveries.  Should you not be available at the time the delivery is attempted, Australia Post will leave a card to let you know your package will be available for collection at your local Post Office.  If you are unable to collect your package within 10 days, Australia Post may return the package to So…Gin and additional charges may apply for re-delivery.

Appropriate ID may be required to ensure the recipient is not less than 18 years of age.

On delivery, please inspect the goods to ensure there are no breakages and that the correct items have been received.

Incorrect Address

Should Australia Post be unable to deliver due to an incorrect address or delivery instructions being supplied by the customer, So…products will be returned to us. Additional postage fees and charges will apply for re-delivery under these circumstances.

Should an incorrect address be supplied by the customer and the delivery is made, the customer is deemed responsible for the complete order/purchase.

Return & Exchange Policy
 

 Should your delivery be incorrect, damaged or unsatisfactory in any way please email us with the details within 7 working days cheers@sogin.com.au

If you receive a delivery with breakages, we will organise for the broken bottle(s) to be replaced at no additional charge.  Please note we will require photos of the breakage(s) & the packaging.

We will bear the reasonable cost of returning goods that are incorrect.  Any products returned must be unopened and in original packaging.

For change of mind, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning goods. Any products returned must be unopened and in original, undamaged packaging.

No refunds or returns are offered for products that are damaged after delivery.  Risk of damage, loss or deterioration to product passes to the purchaser upon delivery.
