Meet Stuart Oldfield, the man behind the So...brand.
With a highly successful catering company, restaurant and gin bar in the picturesque Barossa Valley to his credit, launching a GIN brand with a little help from friends seemed the next logical step. Being a Chef means access to the best quality produce, being the Barossa means access to great local produce and community involvement.
For Stuart, it’s all about provenance and seasonality. We’re all about the flavour, hands on and artisan small batch.
We can see you asking, ‘why So…Gin?’ Well, a lot of our conversations start with ‘So’ so in our minds it seemed a natural progression.
